Fishery & Maps

• Oldbridge

  South Bank – Start of fishing at Rafferty’s Mill up to sheep house. This is mainly a Sea Trout and Salmon Fishery, Lots of small brown trout. Glenmore is a long deep stretch of water and is mainly coarse fishing and occasional salmon and trout, Parking at Old Bridge old road at Francises and car park at Glen side, Also at McCullagh’s roadside and down the lane. Tidal up to Marry’s.

  North Bank – Starts below the Bridge of Peace island opposite Rafferty’s Hill then upstream to McCullagh’s. This is a good fishery and is Tidal (Check Tide Book). Fishing along the roadside up to curly hole stream from Towny Hall stops at Mary’s Farrell’s. No access on the north bank at Mary Farrells. Ample parking at Curly Hole car park.

• Glenmore

  Glenmore is a long deep stretch of water and is mainly coarse fishing and occasional salmon and trout. Parking at Old Bridge old road at Francise’s and car park at Glenside, Also at McCullagh’s roadside and down the lane. Tidal up to Marry’s.

• Molly Johnson’s Fishery (Rough Grange)

  Fishery only on South Bank, Park offside in road car park.Two fields only. Strictly no maggots at anytime.

  It is hoped that on the 20^th season that any new member or other club members that do not know where to access the club’s fisheries can contact any member of the committee and arranged to be shown around the fisheries

• Laws Fishery (north bank)

  North Bank – Fishing starts at North Bank from Cherry Island down to Cru Bainne Wood, Parking is limited, Riparian permission required. No Parking on lane or gates. No Maggots for Sea Trout or Brown Trout. Fly Fishing only.

• Laws Fishery (south bank)

  South Bank – Starts at Fenour weir down to Morgan’s Lough. Mr Whites and Mr MacDermott’s no access from Morgan’s Lough. The Meadow field access through Ross Na Ri down the quarry lane. Do not block gates. No Maggots on Law’s fishery on North or South Bank for Sea and Brown Trout, Fly fishing only. Parking at Scabby Arch car park.
